These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the On the Menu app. By using On the Menu, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

On the Menu helps you save recipes, plan your weekly menu, and build grocery lists. The app is currently offered as a beta and is provided as-is while we continue to develop it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the recipes, menus, and lists you create. You are responsible for the content you enter and for keeping your own copies of anything important to you.

Acceptable use

Please use the app lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.

Beta software & availability

Because On the Menu is in active development, features may change and the service may be interrupted. We aim to protect your data but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability during the beta.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Recipe, nutrition, and grocery information is for general planning convenience only and may be inaccurate; verify anything important (for example, allergens or dietary needs) yourself.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, On the Menu is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
